ELZA Scents is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner through Australia Post. Here are our shipping procedures and policies:
1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- In case we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there’s a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping, depending on the destination.
- Please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
- ELZA Scents ships to addresses within Australia, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages:
- ELZA Scents is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Australia Post to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping:
- We currently do not ship outside Australia.
