Care Instructions

Wooden wick candle care

always trim your wick before each use, removing all charred wood from previous burns.
make sure to allow the wax to melt across the entire diameter of your candle on the first burn- this helps prevent tunneling, which can impact how well the candle burns.

A few things to remember for the best success and longest burning times….

Never leave your candle burning unattended.
Never burn a candle with children or pets are in reach.
Before you light your candle make sure the wick is no longer than 1/4 inch high. Trim your wick, but be careful not to cut too low, the wick will drown in the melting wax.
Always keep your candle free of wick trimmings, matches, and any other debris.

Candle Care – When burning your candle, make sure you allow it to burn to the edge. Do not exceed 4 hour burn time. If you burn the candle for short periods of time it will create a memory ring around the wick. If this happens your candle won’t burn at a consistent level. Trim wick before each burn, after initial burn. Place candle in a non-draughty area away from small children, pets and flammable materials.
